Compared to up-and-over doors, sectional doors or roller garage doors, this type of door opens to the side instead of upwards. This is especially advantageous if, for example, the garage ceiling has to remain free to store items.
Side Sliding Sectional garage doors move horizontally therefore there is no ‘kick out’ at the bottom so you can drive right up to the door. This is a great advantage if you have a short driveway.
These doors can be fitted as manual or fully automated including a fully automated wicket door function. This allows you to set different opening widths depending on your needs and uses of the garage door.
